Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) specializing in Southern California industrial real estate (NYSE: REXR).
· Ran financial planning and analysis while the company more than doubled in size since the IPO, worked directly with the CFO.
· Developed the core strategic financial model which allowed scenario analysis, control with the accounting system, and run performance analysis of acquisitions down to the property level.
· Coordinated the annual budgeting process with Property Management, Construction, and Leasing Departments.

o Produced the annual components of growth analysis, which takes all increases and decreases of net operating income by component, across 14 drivers, down to the unit level for the portfolio (e.g.: “how much has base rent and CAM improved year-over-year by region, for renewals with rent steps”).
